	ChangeStone Business Consultants LLP brings together, the three partners: Alan Newton, Stuart Mitchell, and Nicola Wood, who, along with their Associates, have long term experience in the industry. Our operating model has been tried and tested over many years.
	The company was formed to address the need for businesses to access advice and support which is independent of any service delivery and which understands how the client side and supply side of FM and Back-Office Support Services could be delivered. All of our consultants, at some time in their careers, have worked in operational roles. They understand the need to build pragmatic and simplistic solutions to what may be quite complex business needs. To achieve this we have developed some robust data capture and analysis tools and a very practical approach. Over the last two years, the team have been involved in some significant Business Change Projects. These include: The provision of a Programme Manager for the mobilisation and implementation of a pan-European outsourcing project for a large multi-national IT Equipment Manufacturer, The provision of Programme Managers to support the NEC , Birmingham in a range of Business Review and subsequent implementation Projects encompassing, The Sales and Operational teams, The back-office services of IT, HR, Legal Services, HSE, etc, The outsourcing of key FM services into an integrated facility services contract. (OJEU Compliant, single source negotiated) With Tricon Food Service Consultants, to provide specialist input for the re-tender of the Cleaning and Waste Management Services for a large Naval Base in the UK. A review of the Help Desk and CAFM systems of a National M&E Supplier in the UK. Currently the team are providing support to a follow on mobilisation and implementation of a pan-European outsourcing project, an Interim Energy Efficiency Manager for a pan-European operation, Project Management support to a service provider in a pan-European bid for an Integrated Facilities Services Contract, and a Business Integration Project.
